the staff was friendly and very helpful, making our stay enjoyable while the hotel is just a short walk from popular spots like the Gatlinburg Space Needle and Ole Smoky Tennessee Moonshine, ideal for weekend city strolls and exploration. during my solo stay, I appreciated the clean and comfortable queen room with a balcony, perfect for relaxing after a day of sightseeing.

The room was fabulously clean! Plus, the location was just right—walkable enough for fun but quiet enough to hear myself think. Loved it overall!

But, oh dear, those beds felt like sleeping on a cloud of bricks! And who knew laundry could be such an adventure?

Had a fantastic time with friends! The hotel was in walking distance to all downtown activities and had great amenities like an outdoor hot tub and courtyard. Don't miss visiting the local aquarium and hiking in the nearby national park for some fun. It’s a nice spot for families too, especially with kids!

We did experience some noise from kids enjoying the pool, which could get a bit loud, especially if you're trying to relax. Just a heads up if you get a room near there.

The location is a major highlight, offering easy access to downtown. Rooms are spacious, clean, and boast great views. The King Room was spacious and super clean, which is always a plus! The bed was comfy, and I loved having a little corner balcony to relax on. Only downside was some noise from the hallway, but overall it felt cozy and welcoming. Perfect spot to unwind after a day out!

great stay for a weekend break

Comfortable room, excellent location, with a friendly front desk staff, and the added bonus of a Starbucks on-site for convenient morning coffee before a 5-minute walk to downtown attractions.

After a long drive, we loved crashing in our king room with a mountain view. it was super clean and comfy. The bistro had amazing local beers to unwind with. The indoor pool and jacuzzi were perfect for relaxing after exploring the area. Just a heads up, the pillows were a bit flat for my liking, but overall, it was a solid stay! 😄

I enjoyed a peaceful four-night stay in Gatlinburg! My Queen Room with Balcony offered stunning mountain views. Even though the on-site dining was pricey, local restaurants nearby made for great alternatives. A quick stroll down the hill showcased charming shops and attractions. Bring snacks for your stay!

I was blown away by how clean everything smelled, and the shampoo was top-notch compared to most hotels. Enjoyed the jacuzzi despite the jets not working, and the cozy atmosphere made for a perfect stay.
